If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@zoejoy.net.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

• Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
• A brief description of the issue

For eligible claims, we may offer:

• A replacement product
• A partial refund
• A full refund

Returns for change of mind, accidental purchases, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products that are no longer wanted are not eligible for free returns or refunds.

If a return is approved, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control are not considered product defects.
